Wat ga je doen?
Als AV Manager ben je de cruciale schakel in het succes van onze AV-campagnes. Jouw focus ligt op:
- Strategie & Advies: Je spot trends en vertaalt deze naar slimme, datagedreven AV-strategieën die je vol overtuiging aan klanten presenteert.
- Leiderschap & Kennisdeling: Je bent een voorbeeld voor het team. Je coacht onze AV Specialisten inhoudelijk en jaagt kennisdeling aan binnen het bureau en richting klanten.
- Kwaliteit & Innovatie: Je optimaliseert dagelijks onze campagnes, ontwikkelt slimme werkmethodes en fungeert als dé sparringpartner voor collega's van andere afdelingen.
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent een specialist én een natuurlijke leider die stevig in de schoenen staat. Verder breng je mee:
- Minimaal 5 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring (bij een mediabureau of adverteerder) en HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
- Een passie voor beeld, geluid en de nieuwste (digitale) ontwikkelingen, waarbij je AI actief inzet in je werk.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en talent voor relatie- en verwachtingsmanagement.
- Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en bewezen projectmanagement-skills.
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Ervaring met relevante mediatools, -systemen en MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
