Our client, a leader in the Payments and FinTech industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Implementation Department supporting a team focused on delivering innovative solutions to B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive ownership mentality, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Drive the successful delivery of multiple payments and FinTech projects, managing timelines, scope, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and vendor partners to ensure project milestones are met.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Oversee technical solution walkthroughs, API integrations, and testing phases to ensure seamless implementation.
Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns proactively to maintain project momentum.
What's Needed?
7-15+ years of project management experience, particularly in payments, merchant services, or FinTech sectors.
Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS products, and cloud platforms such as Azure or similar environments.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Technical implementation experience with a client-facing delivery background, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
