Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Sales Manager supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will lead and support the sales team while helping drive dealership growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.
What You\'ll Do
Lead, coach, and support the sales team in achieving performance and customer satisfaction goals
Assist in managing daily sales operations, inventory flow, and showroom activity
Help structure deals and support negotiations professionally and ethically
Monitor sales performance metrics and support process improvement initiatives
Train and mentor Client Advisors on customer experience, product knowledge, and sales strategy
Support customer escalations and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care
Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership teams to ensure smooth dealership operations
Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and sales documentation
Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We\'re Looking For
Strong leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills
Experience in automotive sales, retail leadership, or customerfacing management roles
Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Professionalism, accountability, and customerfirst mindset
Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms
Bilingual communication skills preferred (please specify language proficiency when applying)
Dealership management or automotive sales leadership experience is a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
