iQor is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to join our growing team at our Nashville, TN headquarters. The Bilingual Sales Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the performance and growth of a diverse sales team, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and relationship management. You’ll own revenue goals, build effective sales strategies, ensure optimal client engagement, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
icationsFluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or relate
d field.3+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing diverse inside sale
s teams.Experience in outsourced sales, BPO, SaaS, IT services, or system integrations is pr
eferred.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and optimizing team performance in fast-paced envir
onments.Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and enable team leaders and individual contr
ibutors.Experience managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satis
faction.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and sales enablemen
t tools.Strong sales aptitude, solutions orientation, and custome
r focus.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.Highly collaborative, adaptable, decisive, and profe
ssional.Ability to analyze data to drive performance impro
vements.High confidence and ability to quickly build trust and coach direct
