Als Sales Merchandiser ben jij degene die onze A‑merken laat shinen op de winkelvloer én kansen spot om onze diensten nog sterker in de markt te zetten. Je bent veel onderweg, spreekt dagelijks verschillende mensen en ziet direct resultaat van je werk. Dat geeft energie.
Dit ga je doen
In deze zelfstandige en afwisselende rol ben je continu in beweging. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject in je eerste maand, zodat je daarna zorgeloos en vol vertrouwen zelfstandig op pad kunt.
Jij:
bezoekt supermarkten en horecazaken in de regio Rotterdam en omgeving
zorgt voor een optimale presentatie van diverse merken: schappen, displays en acties
overlegt met (filiaal)managers en creëert extra zichtbaarheid voor onze merken
rapporteert je werkzaamheden in onze app
signaleert commerciële kansen en deelt deze inzichten met je team
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met jouw Area Field Manager Patrick en je collega’s vorm je een betrokken team dat gaat voor kwaliteit, groei en resultaat.
Dit verwachten wij van jou
Je bent energiek, nauwkeurig en hebt een goed gevoel voor retail. Je weet wat werkt op de winkelvloer en schakelt snel wanneer dat nodig is. Verder heb je:
ervaring in retail, sales of merchandising (bijv. merchandiser, winkelteamleider, junior accountmanager of commerciële stage)
een commerciële mindset en oog voor kansen
zelfstandigheid, structuur en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
affiniteit met merken en consumentengedrag
een relevante opleiding (zoals commerciële economie, marketing of communicatie) is een mooie pré
