Als oproep merchandiser bij Brandwise ondersteun je verschillende winkels bij het presenteren van producten. Je werkt op basis van beschikbare opdrachten in jouw eigen regio en gaat zelfstandig op pad. Houd je van afwisseling, retail en een rol waarin je echt zichtbaar resultaat ziet? Dan past dit werk perfect bij jou.
Jouw rol bij Brandwise
Producten vullen, spiegelen en netjes presenteren.
Displays plaatsen en POS‑materiaal ophangen.
Schappen ombouwen en indelen volgens planogram.
Voorraad en promoties controleren in de winkels.
Kort rapporteren in onze app na elke opdracht.
Werken op diverse locaties op basis van de opdrachten die beschikbaar zijn.
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je maakt deel uit van een hecht Retail Merchandise Team. Een team dat elkaar kent, helpt en samen successen viert. Wil je alvast de sfeer proeven? Bekijk de video hieronder en ontdek hoe het is om bij Brandwise te werken.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Je bezoekt regelmatig meerdere winkels op één dag. In iedere winkel zorg je ervoor dat de presentatie van de producten er strak en verzorgd uitziet. Soms bouw je een schap om, soms plaats je een nieuwe display – elke opdracht kan anders zijn.
Voordat je zelfstandig begint, zorgen wij uiteraard voor een duidelijke en praktische inwerkperiode , zodat je precies weet wat je moet doen.
Wie jij bent
Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en actief meedenkt met zowel de opdrachtgever als de winkels. Je werkt nauwkeurig, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en gaat altijd voor een perfect eindresultaat. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar vindt samenwerken met collega‑merchandisers net zo vanzelfsprekend.
Om als merchandiser aan de slag te gaan, heb je het volgende nodig:
Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en kunt producten of materialen tillen en verplaatsen.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet het meteen als iets niet klopt.
Je bent in principe elke doordeweekse dag beschikbaar voor opdrachten.
Je hebt een rijbewijs B en beschikt over een eigen auto om winkels in jouw regio te bezoeken.
Supermarktervaring is handig en zeker een pré, maar niet verplicht
Wat je van ons krijgt
Een flexibele baan met veel vrijheid;
Een salaris van € 18,37 bruto per uur (inclusief vakantiegeld);
Een kilometervergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer;
De mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar meer uren per week;
De mogelijkheid om binnen Brandwise door te groeien naar een vaste functie, zowel parttime als fulltime.
