Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Role: Director of Digital Analytics
Location: Remote (US, exclusions apply)
Salary + Bonus: $170K–$200K + 15–20% bonus
Team: Lead a high-performing team of 4 analysts (US + near-shore)
Exclusions: Not hiring in Washington State, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Illinois, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ohio, Alaska, Montana, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, Louisiana
About the role A leading consumer-focused financial services company is seeking a strategic, insights-driven Director of Digital Analytics . This role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide digital and customer experience analytics strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business impact.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver best-in-class analytics.
Define KPIs, oversee data collection and tagging across web, mobile, chat, and support platforms.
Translate data insights into business strategies for senior leadership.
Drive advanced analytics practices such as A/B testing, funnel optimization, and personalization.
Partner with data engineering to ensure unified reporting and dashboarding.
Travel 3–4 times per year to the DR for team workshops.
Requirements
10+ years in digital/product/CX/marketing analytics, with 3–5 years in leadership.
Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred) and BI/reporting expertise.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into business action.
Nice to have: Python, BigQuery ML, CDPs, financial services experience.
