Are you a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping businesses grow?

We're looking for a smart, organized, personable, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help generate new conversations and opportunities for our growing marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful remote work with flexibility - including stay-at-home moms returning to the workforce or looking for a career they can build from home.

If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable following up consistently, and like the idea of helping businesses solve problems, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Research industries, businesses, and potential opportunities
  • Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Start conversations and identify businesses that may be a fit for our services
  • Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team
  • Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up
  • Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM
  • Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas
  • Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities
  • Stay organized and consistent with communication efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and patience
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and stay accountable
  • Previous sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development experience is helpful - but personality and work ethic matter most

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services like websites, SEO, social media, or advertising
  • Experience balancing multiple responsibilities and staying highly organized
  • A track record of turning conversations into opportunities
