Provide channel expertise and recommendations during campaign planning QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills and Experience 4–7 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) Paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) Journey mapping tools (i.e., Mural) Familiarity with audience segmentation in Salesforce, user journeys, and lifecycle or growth marketing concepts Experience building and optimizing automated email journeys based on performance data Experience with paid media campaigns, audience targeting, and optimization Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-moving environments Ability to translate strategy into execution-ready plans, briefs, and task lists Preferred Skills and Experience Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, including authentication, sender reputation, and inbox placement monitoring. Experience working closely with content, creative, and external partners to produce and launch assets Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns at scale Experience working in cross-partisan, nonpartisan, or politically diverse environments.
