The Sales And Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience Preferred Area of Experience: Sales Skill(s): Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services
