• Creating and managing the annual internal audit schedule
• Planning audits across global facilities every 2 years
• Leading risk assessments and internal control reviews
• Managing whistleblower investigations and ad hoc investigations
• Reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and Audit Committee
• Overseeing ICFR and compliance with OSC 52-109
• Managing and developing the internal audit team

• CPA designation
• Canadian public company experience (non-negotiable)
• International and Canadian audit experience
• Strong internal audit background within multinational organizations
• IFRS and/or US GAAP experience
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience
• CIA designation
• Experience presenting to Audit Committee
• ICFR and OSC 52-109 exposure
• Whistleblower/investigations experience
• Operational audit experience within manufacturing
• Strong communicator with executive presence

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  
• licensure and certification requirements;
  
• office location and other geographic considerations;
  
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
