What you''ll do:
Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program''s objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
Identify and assess program risks
Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistencyu202f
What you bring:
Financial management: u202fBudgeting, Forecasting, Accruals and Invoice Management, Variance Analysis
Scope Management: Establishing outcomes, MVP, epics, stories, releases and milestones
Resource Management: u202fBuilding and managing resource plans to deliver on defined scope leveraging FTE and partner resourcesu202f
Risk Management: Anticipating, identifying, capturing risks; driving plans to mitigate impacts to scope, timeline, budget; escalating and communicatingu202f
Good understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe
Scrum and Kanban
Product Lifecycle Management
Experience working with MS Office
Working knowledge of Jira/Jira align and Confluence
Experience with Planview, Delivery Central and Lucid is an asset

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 u2013 $131,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $105,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
