Team Leader Opportunity

Everything rises and falls on leadership - John Maxwell. Leaders are the heart of our restaurant. They help create the culture and make decisions that directly influence every metric that matters in the business. - Jason Riddle Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Emporia.

A restaurant leader must be able to balance both results and relationships, having the ability to not only complete daily checklists but also develop strong relationships with fellow employees. Leaders must have a high capacity, being able to hold multiple responsibilities in tension. Strong decision making is crucial for success in this position as leaders make decisions that directly impact every important metric in the business.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.00

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Lead Shift leaders and hold them to their responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Hold team members to performance expectations

  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
