Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality. We combine Applied Behavior Analysis science, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement for children with autism spectrum disorder. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help clients become productive and fulfilled adults, increasing overall quality of life. Position Overview
We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA for a remote full‑time position in Leon Valley, San Antonio, TX. The BCBA will serve as the main point of contact for parents, supervise an intern, and manage a maximum caseload of 10 clients. The role includes training behavior technicians, ensuring accurate documentation, and adhering to pre‑authorized service schedules. Duties and Responsibilities
Work remote; in‑center Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:00pm; possibly supervise in‑home clients 4:30pm‑6:30pm. Perform quality assurance: assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.), create individualized, research‑based client programs, analyze progress and update programs. Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise interns and RBTs in‑center and in‑home. Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training. Handle insurance correspondence (pre‑auth requests) and safety management. Ensure compliance with all administrative and safety protocols. No admin tasks are assigned. Qualifications / Requirements
Maintains BACB certification. Texas LBA license (required). State certification. BLS / CPR certification. NPI number. QBS certification or other restraints/holds training. Updated CAQH account. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field from an accredited university. No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Physically able to lift at least 40pounds, sit on the floor, and be active. Expectations
Provide high‑quality care to clients. Abide by all BACB ethical guidelines. Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA. Maintain clinic reputation for organized teamwork. Behave professionally with all staff, clients, and caregivers. Benefits
