Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and personal growth. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Submits appropriate paperwork to management Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and fosters the development of long-term business relationships. Assists in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions. Collects and reports competitive information to management. Participates in continuing education training regarding company products and services. Maintain Salesforce call reports daily. Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role with two or more years of experience. Familiarity with software or technical sales is advantageous Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships Please apply online at atworkknox.com
