This is not a job where you get paid just to show up. If you’re willing to work, $75K+ is very realistic here—and top performers earn well over $100K. Confident on the phone and comfortable working a follow-up plan. No experience required—but attitude, effort, and coachability are non-negotiable. Positive, hard-working, team-first mentality.
