Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

This role is for you if you are: compassionate and dependable, passionate about helping others, ready to grow in a meaningful, long-term career. If you're just looking for short-term work, this may not be the right fit we're building a team with purpose.

Competitive pay: $16.00 $18.50 per hour, based on credentials. + $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training.

What you'll be doing: provide companionship & emotional support, assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding, light housekeeping and laundry, prepare simple, nutritious meals, provide medication reminders, support families and provide peace of mind.

To join our team, you'll need: active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (required no exceptions), professional, respectful attitude, ability to follow care plans, reliable transportation & valid driver's license, ability to lift at least 25 lbs, strong communication skills, ability to pass a background check.
