VTEK Consultants est une firme d’ingénierie reconnue depuis plus de 20 ans dans l’industrie pétrolière et gazière. En pleine expansion, nous recherchons un chef de projet d’expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Montréal (QC). Le titulaire du poste assurera la planification, la coordination et la supervision des projets d’ingénierie, de la proposition initiale jusqu’à la livraison finale, en respectant les exigences du client, les échéanciers et les budgets.

Responsabilités principales
- Élaborer et suivre le plan d’exécution du projet (PEP), incluant la portée, le budget et l’échéancier.
- Coordonner les activités d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction.
- Gérer la communication avec les clients et parties prenantes, assurer la satisfaction et la conformité.
- Superviser les équipes multidisciplinaires et attribuer les responsabilités selon les phases du projet.
- Contrôler les livrables, les heures-hommes et les changements de conception.
- Préparer et valider les propositions techniques et commerciales.
- Maintenir la conformité aux lois, règlements et standards de l’industrie.
- Assurer un haut niveau de qualité, de sécurité et de performance à chaque étape.
Profil recherché
- Membre (ou admissible) d’un ordre professionnel provincial, selon la région d’exercice.
- Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier.
- Formation en génie mécanique ou domaine connexe.
- Excellente maîtrise de la planification, de la coordination et du leadership d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, rigueur et orientation résultats.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, and cost.
- Lead coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Oversee client communications and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assign project team roles and responsibilities at each stage.
- Control deliverables, man-hours, and design changes.
- Prepare and review project proposals and technical submissions.

Qualifications
- Member (or eligible for membership) of a provincial professional order, depending on the region of practice.
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience in oil and gas.
- Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on field experience.
- Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
