Ensure all elements of the proposal are aligned with our inventory, place any orders for products or subrentals, and work with creative teams to ensure all requirements are shared •
Communicate directly with clients to manage updates, maintaining accuracy across proposals, design boards, and supporting materials •
Build and manage proposals your own proposals for simple rental orders and smaller events, applying our standards for pricing, logistics, and required cost elements •

Support the Lead Event Designer and design team with coordination, scheduling, and administrative needs related to business development or other outbound marketing efforts •
