Über
Als verslavingsexpert draag je bij aan het ondersteunen van medewerkers die werken met bewoners die kampen met verslavingsproblemen. Je helpt hen om lastige situaties beter te begrijpen en aan te pakken, zodat zij met meer vertrouwen en effectiviteit kunnen werken. Met jouw kennis van verslavingen en praktische vaardigheden speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van zowel medewerkers als bewoners. Daarnaast vergroot je het bewustzijn binnen het team over middelengebruik en de bijbehorende risico’s.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Adviseren: je geeft medewerkers advies en begeleiding in het omgaan met bewoners die verslavingsproblemen hebben.
- Signaleren: je herkent psychische problemen, zoals depressie, angst en trauma, die vaak samenhangen met verslaving.
- Begeleiden: je ondersteunt bewoners bij het vinden van motivatie om hulp of behandeling te zoeken.
- Trainingssessies: je verzorgt trainingen en voorlichtingen voor medewerkers over middelengebruik, signalen van verslaving en risicobeheersing.
- Praktische zorg: je helpt bij het instellen van medicatie en het opstellen van afbouwschema’s in samenwerking met gespecialiseerde artsen.

- Een salaris tussen €3795 en €5358 bruto per maand.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Een werkweek van 24 tot 32 uur, flexibel in te delen.
- 25 vakantiedagen en opbouw van vakantiegeld.
- Volledige reiskostenvergoeding, ongeacht vervoersmiddel.
- Een goede pensioenregeling en regelmatig georganiseerde teamactiviteiten.
We zoeken een zorgprofessional met ervaring in verslavingszorg en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Minimaal hbo-opleiding in zorg, zoals verpleegkunde of GGZ.
- Kennis van verslaving en ervaring met medicatiebevoegdheid.
- Ervaring in het geven van trainingen of voorlichting.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, individueel en in groepen.
- Didactisch vermogen en affiniteit met kennisoverdracht.
