$28/hour FT Security Coordinator

In this role, you will:

  • Enforce Per Mar and client company policies and procedures
  • Schedule security and special event personnel
  • Prepare and communicate site instructions and training
  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints
  • Complete payroll for all Madison scheduled hourly employees
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles and equipment
  • Perform site visits and inspect, coach, and mentor security personnel
  • Assist with the review of applications and assist with interviewing as needed
  • Expected to take calls on a rotation with other supervisory staff during non-business hours
  • Serve as a backup Security Officer, Site Supervisor, and Training Instructor, as needed

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • An associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of security services experience
  • Six months to one year of previous scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Basic working knowledge of Employment Law is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Security Officer License as required by state laws.
