Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephorawelcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you'll play a meaningful role in clients' confidence journeys. Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

  • Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

  • Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
