Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required

Weekend REQ: Every weekend

Certs REQ: BCLS

Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No

Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes

Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate

Pending License Accepted: *No License is required for this role*

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager

Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Requirements: Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

QuickMAR experience preferred but not required

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants/residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision.
  • Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
  • Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility
  • Provides input and information for service/care plans
