Du übernimmst am Standort Bremen oder Kiel folgende Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Durchsetzung von verbindlichen Architekturprinzipien, Plattformvorgaben und Schnittstellenkonzepten zur Förderung der Standardisierung innerhalb der TKMS Group
- Aufbau und Durchsetzung eines Governance-Rahmenwerks für die IT-Architektur sowie Schnittstellenstandards zur Sicherstellung von Konsistenz und Compliance für die IT-Infrastruktur in der Unternehmensgruppe
- Erarbeitung und Pflege einer strategischen IT Infrastruktur Architektur-Roadmap, die die Unternehmens‑ und Wachstumsziele unterstützt
- Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines IT Infrastruktur Architekturgremiums sowie Mitwirkung in übergreifenden IT Architekturgremien
- Beratung des IT-Leitungsteams in IT Architekturfragestellungen
- Laufende Recherche und Bewertung aktueller Technologie‑Trends sowie Initiierung von Proof‑of‑Concepts und Empfehlung von Pilot‑Projekten, um die Infrastruktur zukunftssicher zu gestalten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb komplexer IT Infrastruktur Architekturen - vorzugsweise in einem großen Konzern oder einer IT‑Beratung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrungen im Umgang mit IT relevanten Standards und Normen (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI-IT-Grundschutz, etc.)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Architecture‑Frameworks, Governance‑ und Compliance‑Standards sowie Erfahrungen im Stakeholder‑Management
- Gutes und breites Verständnis in den Disziplinen der IT-Infrastruktur (u.a. Netzwerk, Data Center, Cloud-Technologien, Client) und IT‑Sicherheitsarchitekturen
- Analytische Denkweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten von der Operative bis hin zum IT-Management
- Hohe Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Konfliktlösungskompetenzen
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche standortübergreifende Einsätze
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
