Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This position blends hands-on plumbing expertise with strong customer communication and service-based sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential clients.
  • Provide routine maintenance and 24/7 emergency plumbing services as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state regulations, and local building codes.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products, upgrades, and services.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing account.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document service work, create sales orders, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of plumbing service and repair experience (residential experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in plumbing service, sales, and customer service.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Valid plumbing license preferred; valid driver's license required.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
