Als Kubernetes Architect für die On-Premises-Infrastruktur gestalten Sie mit Ihrer technischen Expertise private Cloud-Lösungen. Sie übernehmen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Design und den reibungslosen Betrieb der Container-Plattformen, sowie:
- Architektur & Design: Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung hochverfügbarer, skalierbarer und sicherer Kubernetes-Cluster in On-Premises-Umgebung
- Plattform-Engineering: Auswahl, Evaluierung und Integration von CNCF-Technologien für das lokale Rechenzentrum
- Netzwerk & Security: Design komplexer Container-Netzwerke sowie Implementierung von Zero-Trust-Konzepten, Network Policies und Pod Security Standards
- Automatisierung & GitOps: Etablierung von Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mit Terraform/Ansible und GitOps-Workflows zur vollautomatisierten Bereitstellung von Clustern und Workloads
- Observability & Reliability: Konzeption von Monitoring-, Logging- und Tracing-Lösungen sowie Definition und Überwachung von SLOs/SLIs
- Consulting & Mentoring: Technische Beratung der Entwicklerteams bei der Migration von Anwendungen in die On-Premises-Cloud sowie fachliche Führung und Coaching
Expertise & proaktives Herangehen: Wir suchen eine technikerfahrene Person, die nicht nur die Theorie beherrscht, sondern tiefgreifende praktische Erfahrung abseits der Managed-Cloud-Dienste mitbringt; insbesondere erwarten wir:
- Einschlägige, fundierte Erfahrung als Cloud Architect, Platform Engineer oder Senior DevOps Engineer, idealerweise mit klarem Fokus auf den Aufbau von Rechenzentrums- bzw. On-Premises-Infrastrukturen.
- Kubernetes Deep Dive: Exzellente Kenntnisse der Kubernetes-Architektur (Control Plane, etcd, Kubelet); Zertifizierungen wie CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) oder CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) sind ein großes Plus
- On-Premises-Infrastruktur: Gutes Verständnis von Linux-Betriebssystemen, Virtualisierung und idealerweise Bare-Metal-Provisionierung
- Netzwerk & Storage: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in traditionellen und containerisierten Netzwerkprotokollen (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VXLAN) sowie Erfahrung mit block- und filebasiertem On-Premises-Storage
- Tooling: Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), IaC (Terraform, Ansible) und Container-Runtimes (containerd, CRI-O)
- Soft Skills: Analytisches Verständnis, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz bei komplexen Infrastruktur-Incidents sowie gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
