In this role you will:
* Collaborate with Servicing operational and administrative management * Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions * Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support information requests from all Servicing departments * Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate * Enhance knowledge of operational and portfolio metrics to assess risk * Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills * Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format * Represent Servicing Analytics in enterprise projects

Work Experience & Education
* 0-2 years of experience working with data mining tools such as SQL required * 1-3 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred * 0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing analysis preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required * Master's Degree in MIS, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred
