Your leadership will be essential in developing and enhancing the performance of our Intake Specialists, guiding them to exceed departmental goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead and Inspire:
Provide dynamic leadership to a team of Intake Specialists, creating a collaborative and motivated environment focused on exceeding goals. Team Development:
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to their professional growth. Performance Management:
Implement performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and create targeted improvement plans to optimize individual and team performance. Client Relations:
Ensure the team delivers exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve intake processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless client onboarding. Communication & Collaboration:
Foster open communication within the team and across departments, facilitating a collaborative and supportive environment. Disciplinary Action:
Implement disciplinary actions as needed in a fair and consistent manner. Data Accuracy:

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office. Prior management experience is required, 2 years preferred. Customer service experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
