Our business is built on high-quality advice and exceptional execution. Role Overview We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role focuses entirely on servicing existing clients - handling incoming queries, resolving issues and managing ongoing case work with precision and speed. You will be the first point of contact for client-related requests and responsible for ensuring queries are followed up and closed efficiently. We are open to candidates looking for either full time or part-time hours for this position. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for incoming queries from existing clients Provide clear, accurate responses and aim for same-day turnaround Handle servicing tasks for life, pension and investment products including policy updates, amendments and fund switches Investigate and resolve client servicing issues by liaising with life companies and internal teams Prepare review documentation, policy summaries and updated valuations when required Maintain accurate records on the CRM and track progress on open cases Collaborate with Advisors, Paraplanners and Operations to support seamless execution Skills & Experience Required 3+ years experience in life, pension or investment administration in a brokerage or life company environment Strong working knowledge of life, pension and protection products available in the Irish market APA/QFA qualification Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple queries at once Benefits Shorter working week with half day every Friday Company pension Income protection and death in service from day one 22 days annual leave plus your birthday off Ongoing professional development support Skills: Financial Planning Financial Advisor Client Service qfa Benefits: Pension Fund Group Life Assurance
