Le Service social régional de Tavannes (SSRT) assure les prestations sociales pour 5 communes de la Vallée de Tavannes, ainsi que les mandats délivrés par l'Autorité de protection de l'enfant et de l'adulte du Jura bernois (APEA).
Il met au concours un poste:
Assistant(e) social(e) et curateur(trice) professionnel(le)
pour une entrée en fonction au 1er septembre 2026, ou à convenir
Vos missions
Accueillir, orienter et accompagner les personnes de la population locale dans leurs différentes démarches
Assurer la gestion des mandats de protection de l’enfant ainsi que des enquêtes sociales, en collaboration étroite avec les autorités et les partenaires du réseau
Garantir le suivi des bénéficiaires dans le cadre de l’aide sociale, tant sur le plan matériel que personnel
Soutenir les personnes accompagnées dans leurs projets et favoriser leur autonomie
Participer activement au travail interdisciplinaire et au développement de solutions adaptées aux situations rencontrées
Permis de conduire indispensable
Votre profil
Diplôme d’assistant·e social·e HES ou formation jugée équivalente
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens de l’écoute et approche empathique
Capacité à analyser des situations complexes avec recul, discernement et bienveillance
Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en privilégiant la collaboration et le travail en réseau
Bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales suisses
Sens de l’organisation, rigueur administrative et capacité à gérer les priorités
Une expérience ou une spécialisation en protection de l’enfant constitue un réel atout
Aisance dans la gestion du stress et respect des échéances
Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
