Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Power BI/ Microsoft Fabric to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the supporting teams focused on operational excellence and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

$37.32/Hour on W2 ONLY (NO C2C)
What's the Job?
Establish and manage request intake, triage, and reporting processes for GSA engagement requests.
Gather requirements, translate them into repeatable processes, metrics, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
Maintain high data quality across Dataverse, Fabric, Power BI, and Excel inputs, ensuring data governance standards are met.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recurring leadership reports.
Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 18 months of experience in business analysis, reporting, or related roles.
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, measures, and visualizations.
Experience with Dataverse tables, data quality practices, and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
