We are strongly committed to your professional evolution through ongoing training, mentorship, and support for those looking to bridge into LPN or RN roles./p/lilipModern Amenities: Provide care in a beautiful, modern work environment equipped with the tools you need to succeed./p/li/ulh3Key Responsibilities/h3ullipDignified Daily Care: Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingwhile prioritizing their comfort and personal dignity./p/lilipClinical Partnership: Support the nursing team by accurately monitoring vital signs, weights, and intake/output; act as the eyes and ears of the unit by reporting any condition changes immediately./p/lilipMobility Safety: Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, turning, and positioning; help residents engage in restorative and rehabilitative exercises as directed by therapy./p/lilipIndependence Advocacy: Encourage resident self-care to the maximum extent possible, fostering a sense of purpose and autonomy./p/lilipEnvironment Management: Maintain clean, organized, and pleasant living spaces for our residents./p/lilipAccurate Documentation: Complete all care reports and records in a timely and legible manner using our digital charting systems./p/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullipCertification: Must hold an Active WI CNA Certification in good standing./p/lilipEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent./p/lilipSoft Skills: Ability to work effectively within a high-energy, collaborative team environment./p/lilipTech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge for electronic charting and documentation./p/lilipExperience: Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates!
