Arbeitszeit:
- Vollzeit Service-Mitarbeit bzw. Eventleitung mit Logistiktätigkeiten
- ODER Teilzeit 4 Tage als Mitarbeiter/-in im Service-Bereich mit Logistiktätigkeiten

Event Supervisor:
- Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Kunden, Servicepersonal und Lieferanten
- Koordination der Abläufe während Veranstaltungen
- Führung und Einteilung des Eventpersonals
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
- Qualitätskontrolle und Einhaltung unserer Service-Standards
- Schnelles und lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei kurzfristigen Änderungen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens mit professionellem Auftreten
zusätzlich bei Logistiktätigkeiten:
- Mitarbeit bei Lagerorganisation außerhalb der Event-Zeiten
- Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen
- Transport von Catering-Equipment, Getränken und Waren zu Veranstaltungsorten
- Auf- und Abbau von Catering- und Eventmaterial vor Ort
- Kontrolle und Pflege des Equipments
- Unterstützung bei Lagerorganisation und Warenmanagement
- Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Event-Koordination oder Lager/Logistik sind von Vorteil (aber kein Muss)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und selbstständig
- Begeisterung für die Gastronomie und Eventbranche
- Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
