Die Abteilung Debt Capital Markets ist für die Akquisition, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Anleihemissionen mit unterschiedlichen Kundengruppen (Staaten, deutsche Bundesländer, Förderbanken, Unternehmen und Finanzinstitute) am Kapitalmarkt verantwortlich.
Als Junior Originator / DCM Business Analyst am MTN & Illiquid Desk erwarten sie spannende und diverse Aufgaben im internationalen und dynamischen Kapitalmarktumfeld, rund um Kernkunden der Bank aus den Bereichen Banken (FIG), die Öffentliche Hand (SSA) und Unternehmenskunden (Corps).
Sie übernehmen sukzessive schwerpunktmäßig die folgenden Aufgaben:
- Als Business Analyst unterstützen Sie die Gruppe / Abteilung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen, um den digitalen Auftritt der DZ BANK AG nachhaltig zu verbessern. In dieser Rolle stehen Sie in engem Austausch mit der internen IT sowie mit externen IT-Dienstleistern.
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung als fachliche fachlicher Anwendungsbeauftragter der digitalen Vermarktungsplattform 'InGen“.
- Daneben erlernen Sie das Arrangieren, die Bepreisung und Platzierung von maßgeschneiderten Fixed-Income Lösungen für institutionelle Anleger (Banken, Versicherungen, Pensionskassen etc.), wie (strukturierte) Privatplatzierungen und Corporate Schuldscheindarlehen und stehen dabei im direkten Kontakt mit internen und externen Kunden.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Solide Berufspraxis im Fixed Income Debt Capital Markets (DCM) und Verständnis für den Kapitalmarkt allgemein, fundiertes Wissen im Privatplatzierungs- und Syndikatsgeschäft von Vorteil
- Kompetenz in Regulatorik, Dokumentation und Abwicklung von festverzinslichen Wertpapieren unterschiedlicher Ausgestaltungen und Assetklassen
- Verständnis zentraler Zinsprodukte (Cash und Derivate, insbesondere Inhaber-/Namenspapiere, Schuldscheine) und erste Erfahrung im Abschluss und Pricing dieser Produkte
- Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint) bzw. Excel- und Access-basierten Makros, im Murex Handelssystem (o. ä.) und Bloomberg
- Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift - weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
