Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) IT – Active Sourcing & Technical Hiring Expert
Standort: Dreieich (Rhein-Main-Gebiet)
- Du verantwortest end-to-end den Recruiting-Prozess für anspruchsvolle IT- und Netzwerk Positionen – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Du entwickelst und treibst eine nachhaltige Active-Sourcing-Strategie über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing und weitere Kanäle voran.
- Als Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte analysierst du Anforderungsprofile und identifizierst die richtigen Kandidaten.
- Du identifizierst Potenziale schnell und erkennst bereits im Profil, welche Skills auf welche Positionen passen.
- Du bist der Recruiting-Profi, der IT-Fachkräfte, Vertriebs- und Führungskräfte nicht nur findet, sondern auf Augenhöhe überzeugst, begeisterst und für uns gewinnst.
- Du baust langfristige Talentpools auf, pflegst Beziehungen zu Kandidat:innen und stärkst aktiv unser Employer Branding im IT-Markt.
- Du bringst neue Ideen, Tools und Trends ein und entwickelst unser Recruiting kontinuierlich weiter.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im IT-/Netzwerkumfeld oder für IT-Systemhäuser.
- Tiefgehende Praxis im Active Sourcing und in der Direktansprache von Senior- und Spezialprofilen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft, insbesondere in der Ansprache von Senior-Talenten.
- Teamfähigkeit, Selbstorganisation und ein souveränes Auftreten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Routiniert im Umgang mit LinkedIn, Xing etc.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut.
