SNI Companies is partnered with a global leader in consumer technology looking for a driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth across Latin America and the Caribbean. Based in Miami and reporting into regional leadership, you'll own the commercial strategy for a multi-million dollar product portfolio, managing a seasoned team of Account Managers and working closely with executive leadership to hit aggressive growth targets
This is a matrix environment inside a large multinational - you won't always have direct authority over everything that affects your results. We're seeking a leader who drives outcomes through influence, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationships across a complex organization.
What You'll Do Own and deliver regional sales targets across direct and indirect channels in Latin America and the Caribbean Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 8 Key Account Managers with 5-8 years of experience each Build and deepen relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners to maximize sell-through and revenue Execute go-to-market strategies developed by headquarters and the regional Latin America office Track pipeline, identify risks early, and develop action plans to stay on target Manage regional budget and ensure resources are allocated to the highest-impact opportunities Conduct competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of regional dynamics Report on performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership What We're Looking For
5 - 15 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years inside a multinational organization Proven track record managing indirect sales channels - distributors, resellers, or channel partners Experience navigating matrix environments P&L ownership and consistent, measurable revenue and profit growth Experience leading people and influencing across teams that are navigating conflicting priorities Comfortable operating across functions, geographies, and layers of a large organization Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:
$150K-$180K. Performance bonus up to 40%
