Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available
At OptiMindHealth, we are looking for licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our team. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care services in our communities. If you are a passionate and skilled clinician who believes in making a difference, we welcome you to apply. We prioritize supporting our clinicians so they can focus on patient care. Our compensation packages are competitive and include benefits such as a starting salary range of $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, generous paid time off, and full administrative support. Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines Comfort working with clients with diverse problems or concerns Ability to pass a background check Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients Additional Qualifications (not essential): Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network Multilingual or bilingual proficiency Specialty area of practice
