We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional to join our Corporate Procurement team as a
Corporate PRO Processes & Systems Specialist (all genders welcome)
In this role, you will shape and enhance the technological backbone of our global procurement organization, driving digital transformation with a strong focus on optimizing our existing SAP environment and advancing AI capabilities within the team.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in procurement enablement services such as knowledge management, systems integration, process standardization, and procurement technologies
  • Continuously improve our existing SAP setup (ECC/S4 on‑prem), ensuring stability and optimization, making enhancement of the current environment a key responsibility
  • Leverage advanced analytical and technological tools across categories, including forecasting analysis, spend visibility, Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), sourcing tools (eRFx, eAuctions), SRM, Supplier Risk Management, CMS, and pipeline management
  • Act as the AI expert for the Procurement organization, serving as the “go‑to” person for AI‑related questions, use cases, and tool adoption
  • Train and support the Procurement team in AI, providing first‑ and having the aspiration to grow into second‑level support, plus enabling the team to use AI effectively in daily operations
  • Lead training sessions on procurement tools and knowledge management across the organization
  • Implement, manage, and improve procurement systems to support ROSEN's global procurement processes
  • Manage ROSEN and supplier data sharing and compliance, fostering transparency and process standardization
  • Collaborate with Process Owners and Data Owners to ensure alignment of the procurement technology roadmap with internal business software development and the company's digital transformation strategy
  • Manage requirements gathering in collaboration with interfaces and business software teams
  • Support and contribute to PRO‑related projects, escalating issues to the Head of Corporate Procurement when necessary

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement processes, systems, or IT enablement roles
  • Strong expertise in procurement technologies and eProcurement systems, with hands‑on experience improving SAP environments (ECC/S4 on‑prem preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of AI tools and methods, with the ability to train non‑technical users and provide first‑ and second‑level support
  • Proficiency in tools such as P2P, eRFx, eAuctions, SRM/SBM, CMS, and spend analysis software
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technological and AI‑driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with experience leading knowledge‑transfer sessions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and IT teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • High level of integrity, engagement, and proactive problem‑solving attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
