Field Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent)

As a contractor, you will complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. Mainstay's Field Flex Agent Program allows you to leverage your expertise in real estate while maintaining full independence, choosing the tasks that best fit your schedule.

Please Note: You must live in proximity to one of the following metro areas:

  • TX - Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio
  • FL - Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers
  • AZ - Phoenix, Tucson
  • NC - Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro
  • CA - Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego
  • AL - Birmingham
  • GA - Atlanta
  • OH - Columbus
  • NV - Las Vegas
  • TN - Nashville, Memphis

This role is perfect for real estate professionals who:

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license.
  • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation.
  • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication

Compensation:

As a Field Flex Agent, you will be compensated per completed task. Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Personal Transactions Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
