Als Campagne Coördinator houd jij de regie over tientallen campagnes tegelijk, schakel je soepel tussen teams en zorg je dat elke adverteerder precies het podium krijgt dat is afgesproken. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen Sales, Marketing, Adverteerders en Productie. Jouw werk heeft directe impact: de campagnes die jij verwerkt en bewaakt, bereiken dagelijks duizenden professionals in de gezondheidszorg.
Wat doe jij als Campagne Coördinator dagelijks?
- Je verwerkt, monitort en optimaliseert online advertentiecampagnes (±80%) en printadvertenties via Admanager
- Je plant en plaatst digitaal advertentiemateriaal voor diverse e-mailnieuwsbrieven met groot bereik
- Je beheert het planboard met alle verkochte en beschikbare online plaatsingen — geen gat in de planning, dat regel jij
- Je verzamelt, controleert, codeert, uploadt en archiveert advertentiemateriaal zorgvuldig
- Je voert advertentieopdrachten in het ordersysteem in en verzorgt de bijbehorende facturatie
- Je bewaakt deadlines strak en informeert Productie proactief zodat niemand voor verrassingen staat
- Je levert heldere campagneresultaten op en verstuurt bewijsmateriaal naar adverteerders

Als Campagne Coördinator herken jij jezelf in dit profiel:
- Opleiding: Mbo of hbo, bij voorkeur in een richting als media, communicatie, marketing of bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring: Werkervaring als traffic medewerker, campagne coördinator of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende rol is een pré — maar een scherpe, leergierige houding telt minstens zo zwaar
- Tools: Goede kennis van MS Office is vereist. Bekendheid met Admanager 360, Ternair of Google Analytics geeft je een vliegende start
- Taal: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
