Engage in acquiring new business partnerships with companies seeking bilingual French-English employees. Establish and nurture robust client relationships, promoting recruitment services to meet their hiring demands. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, contributing to growth strategies in the New York, NY market. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful candidate placements. Achieve sales targets by adopting a proactive approach to building a client portfolio. Efficiently utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and client interactions. Network and generate leads through attendance at industry events.
