Als Bezirksleiter Sell-In von P&G vertreten Sie unsere bekannten rezeptfreien Produkte (WICK, Nasivin, Femibion, Clearblue, Kytta, Vigantol, BION3 immun, OralB) gegenüber unseren Kunden, den öffentlichen Apotheken in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet.
Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen und Produktpräsentationen bei bestehenden und neuen Kunden, um das Verkaufs- und Marktpotenzial optimal auszuschöpfen und die Zielvereinbarungen zu erfüllen.
Verantwortung für Umsatz, Produktpräsenz und Distribution im Geschäft und Geschäftsentwicklung im Bezirk.
Erfüllung der vierteljährlichen Prioritäten entsprechend den Zielen.
Planung, Vorbereitung und erfolgreiche Durchführung von Kundenterminen mit besonderem Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse der Apotheke und Kunden.
Durchführung von Informations- und Schulungsveranstaltungen mit Apothekenkunden in Ihrem Verkaufsbezirk.
Auftragserfassung, Besuchsprotokollierung und Pflege der Kundendaten.
Beschwerdemanagement & Retourenhandling.
Teilnahme an Quartalstagungen, Workshops und Projekten.
Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen mit Top-Kunden.
Selbstständige Abrechnung von Bonuszahlungen für Top-Kunden gemäß abgeschlossenen Vereinbarungen.
Die Stelle ist für die Region Ost ausgeschrieben.
Job Qualifications
Erfahrung als pharmazeutischer Außendienstmitarbeiter ist von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen, sofern geeignet
Starke Argumentations- und Verkaufsfähigkeiten
Arbeitsstil und Einstellung, die durch ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der Kunden, Erfolgswillen und Überzeugungskraft gekennzeichnet sind
Selbstmotiviert und starkes Bestreben, Win-Win-Situationen zu schaffen und Vereinbarungen abzuschließen
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) und offen für das Erlernen weiterer Systemkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft und Übernachtungen
Europäischer Führerschein der Kategorie B oder gleichwertig
