Über
Functieomschrijving Als boekhouder/accountant kom je terecht op de afdeling boekhouding van ons Regionaal Hoofdkantoor in Zemst. Samen met je team van een 6-tal collega’s verzorg je diverse financiële administratieve processen voor ons hoofdkantoor en onze filialen.
- Als rechterhand van de Teamlead Accounting sta je mee in voor de algemene boekhouding en ondersteun je bij Finance-gerelateerde projecten en specifieke taken
- Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding van de maandelijkse afsluiting en biedt ondersteuning bij de jaarafsluit
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de boekhoudrekeningen en zorgt dat de opvolging ervan correct gebeurt
- Je draagt mee bij aan het opmaken van diverse boekhoudkundige documenten, statistieken en fiscale/wettelijke aangiftes
- Je codeert en boekt investeringsfacturen
- Je ziet toe op een stipte en correcte betaling aan onze leveranciers
- Maandelijks sta je in voor de BTW aangiften
- Je maakt diverse rapporteringen in Excel op
- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in een economische of financiële richting en je hebt een 3-tal jaar ervaring
- Je kan vlot werken met Word en Excel, kennis van SAP en S/4 Finance is een troef
- Je hebt sterk administratieve capaciteiten, cijfers hebben geen geheimen voor jou
- Je hebt geen probleem om je flexibel op te stellen. En dat doen wij ook: zo werken we met glijdende uren en is er de mogelijkheid tot maximaal 1 dag thuiswerk
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
