*Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation*
*Position Overview*
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives within a large, complex IT organization.
The ideal candidate is a proactive delivery leader who can drive projects from initiation through implementation, lead executive-level discussions, influence stakeholders, and successfully manage cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, executive communication skills, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This position focuses on enterprise applications and business technology initiatives. While exposure to cloud migration and modernization programs is beneficial, the primary requirement is demonstrated success leading enterprise application implementations and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead enterprise application, SaaS, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation
* Develop and manage project charters, project plans, RAID logs, executive dashboards, budgets, and resource plans
* Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews
* Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and technology teams
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation plans
* Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
* Provide clear executive-level communication regarding project status, risks, and recommendations
* Support application modernization, process improvement, and technology transformation initiatives
*Required Qualifications*
* 10+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives
* Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, or digital transformation programs
* Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to lead meetings, drive decisions, and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
* Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
*Preferred Qualifications*
* PMP certification preferred
* Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, higher education, or other regulated industries
* Exposure to cloud migration, application modernization, or AI-enabled initiatives
* Experience working within PMO governance frameworks
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
