divh2Personal Lines Account Manager/h2pThis is an in-office position working from our Pawleys Island office: 86 Professional Lane, Pawleys Island, SC 29585./ppA Personal Lines Account Manager assists in the production, support and retention of personal insurance accounts. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, additional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:/pulliSecure and submit required renewal underwriting information/liliRenew coverage, remarket/rewrite existing accounts/liliQuote and propose expansion business/liliMake customer requested changes or cancellations and process related change requests and confirmations/liliReceive claims information and report claims to companies/liliMake claims follow up with customers/liliAdvise Clients of coverage and options, soliciting increases in coverage, resolve issues on behalf of the Client and/or Carrier/liliProperly document all account activity and client/company communication/li/ulpAnderson Insurance Associates is an employee-owned organization with over 40 years of service to South Carolina residents. Our benefits for all full-time team members include primary health insurance covered at 100%, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer contributions, commission share, profit share, Paid Time Off and sharing in the ownership of our organization./ppRequirements/pulliPreferred five years of practical experience in similar position at an independent insurance agency with underwriting and rating background; must have previous personal Property Casualty experience/liliRequires an ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately/liliMust be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills/liliMust embrace a client-focused, service-driven, team mentality/liliPrevious working knowledge of Applied/Epic or similar insurance account management software is preferred/li/ulpEducation / Licensing/pulliHigh School diploma required; Associates and/or Bachelors degree is preferred; additional insurance designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) are preferred/liliMust have an active South Carolina Property Casualty license/li/ul/div
