Als Solutions Architect bist du die technische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebsteams und den Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen – du übersetzt komplexe IT-Bedarfe in konkrete, umsetzbare Lösungen und machst damit den Unterschied zwischen einem guten Gespräch und einem gewonnenen Projekt. Wenn du technische Tiefe mit echter Kommunikationsstärke verbindest und Lust hast, Lösungen zu bauen statt nur zu beraten, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
- Konzeption individueller Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen auf Basis des Anexia-Portfolios: Virtual Data Center, Managed Hosting, Colocation und maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen
- Ermittlung der optimalen Kombination aus On-Premises-Infrastruktur und Cloud-Services – inklusive passgenauer Dimensionierung und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung
- Begleitung des gesamten Presales-Prozesses: von der Anforderungsaufnahme über technische Workshops bis zur überzeugenden Angebotspräsentation beim Kunden
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Architekturdiagramme und Lösungsdokumentationen als Grundlage für Angebote und interne Abstimmungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Service Ownern und der Technik sowie direkte Einbringung von Kunden-Feedback in die Lösungsverfeinerung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU, FH, HTL) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption von IaaS-Lösungen: Virtual Server, Storage, Networking und Firewalling
- Gute Kenntnisse in Linux- und Windows-Serveradministration
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie KVM, VMware
- Verständnis gängiger Netzwerktopologien: VLANs, Load Balancing, DDoS-Schutz und Anycast
- Erfahrung mit Hybrid-Cloud-Szenarien, Cloud-Connect-Lösungen und Infrastructure-as-Code
- Erfahrung mit Managed Database- oder Kubernetes-Umgebungen und Verständnis von Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Konzepten
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Kundenfokus mit echter Leidenschaft für das Lösen komplexer Aufgaben
- Hands-on Mentalität und selbstverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
