Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
• State Pay Differential: This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
