Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality.
In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5*S), the trendy new Schweizerhof (4*S), and the historic Monte Rosa (4*).
For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately!
- Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person.
- Confirm availability, room types, and special requests.
- Enter reservations accurately into the hotel management system.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries about rates, facilities, and services.
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow up with guests before arrival to confirm bookings or special requirements.
- Offer room upgrades, packages, and additional services (spa, dining, transportation) to maximize revenue.
- Suggest special promotions or loyalty programs tailored to the guest.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams.
- Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Address and resolve booking issues, discrepancies, or complaints.
- Correspondence in German, English, and French
- Maintaining and updating guest profiles

Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad

Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French
