De functie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de propositie en productportefeuille : wat biedt Credit Life aan, waarom, en werkt het ook in de praktijk?
Dat betekent concreet:
- Je bepaalt de productvisie en strategie en adviseert hierover de directie
- Je vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar concrete keuzes in het portfolio (introduceren, aanpassen, stoppen)
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe proposities en stuurt verbeteringen op bestaande producten aan
- Je zorgt dat producten daadwerkelijk verkoopbaar zijn , inclusief juiste verwerking in advies- en softwaresystemen
- Je gebruikt input van actuariaat, claims, sales en acceptatie om keuzes te onderbouwen
- Je stuurt ontwikkeltrajecten van idee tot implementatie
Je schakelt met het hoofdkantoor in Duitsland over pricing en technische kaders
Jouw rol heeft twee dimensies:
1. Direct (people & omgeving) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en ontwikkeling van de actuarissen (2 FTE). Je creëert de juiste randvoorwaarden zodat zij hun werk optimaal kunnen doen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen in hun rol. De technische/inhoudelijke aansturing ligt bij het hoofdkantoor in Duitsland; jij richt je op begeleiding, prioritering en samenwerking.
2. Regie over productontwikkeling (inhoud & keten) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en verbinden van alles wat nodig is om tot goed werkende en verkoopbare producten te komen. Je brengt product development, actuariaat, IT en sales samen en zorgt dat processen soepel lopen en vertalen naar concrete, marktgerichte proposities.

Credit Life ontwikkelt en beheert verzekeringsproducten die financiële risico’s voor klanten inzichtelijk en beheersbaar maken. De producten spelen een rol op momenten die er toe doen, bij het kopen van een huis of wanneer inkomen wegvalt.
Credit Life werkt nauw samen met adviseurs en intermediairs, die onze producten inzetten richting de eindklant. Dat betekent dat wat ontwikkeld wordt niet alleen inhoudelijk moet kloppen, maar ook goed moet werken in de praktijk en begrijpelijk moet zijn in advies.
Credit Life kent met korte lijnen en een sterke inhoudelijke basis. Actuariaat, productontwikkeling, IT en sales werken nauw samen om tot producten te komen die betrouwbaar zijn, zowel in opzet als in uitvoering.

- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen directie, specialisten en uitvoering
- Je neemt eigenaarschap over het totaal, niet alleen een onderdeel
- Je hebt gevoel voor financiële producten en begrijpt hoe proposities hun weg vinden naar de eindklant, bijvoorbeeld via intermediairs
