Role purpose
Utopi is the building performance intelligence platform for PBSA and Build-to-Rent, delivering energy savings, ESG data and risk monitoring across 70,000+ beds and 50+ billion ESG data points. The Data Analyst turns that data into clear, accurate analysis that helps customers act and helps our internal teams make better decisions. You will own recurring analytical outputs, run ad-hoc investigations across operational and ESG datasets, and contribute to the analytical methods and tools that scale our platform.

* Run ad-hoc analyses for Customer Success, Product, Operations and Commercial; turn vague questions into clear, defensible answers.
* Support the development of forecasting, optimisation and monitoring tools alongside the wider data and engineering teams.
* Monitor data quality across the platform. Spot anomalies, missing data and unusual patterns, and raise them with the right team.
